We will offer 1-hour, teacher-led Zoom sessions during the second semester once a week on Wednesdays (5:30-6:30 pm), and hope that you will join as many of them as you are able. Order of Events:

  • Feb. 22, for High School: Recruiting Students for Next Year's Black/Latinx Studies Elective Course (Learn from Melissa Zablonski and students across the state what you can do to garner student interest and sign-ups for this course. Resources, materials, and videos will be shared! Bring your ideas and expertise!)

 

  • March 1, for Elementary: Integrating Economics Daily through a Classroom Economy (Jodie Lang will share how she has worked with her students to build a classroom economy, a great way to integrate economic principles into your classroom all year long. Her students have jobs, earn salaries, conduct market research, and start businesses. She will show you how to flex and adapt the system to your individual context!)
