2023 CCSS annual meeting: Peace, love, and social studies

join us to celebrate 60 years of CCSS!

We are holding our Annual Meeting at Connecticut's Old State House! We will come together to celebrate the achievements of our social studies teachers, advocates, and practitioners across the state. In addition, we will have an awards ceremony to honor and commemorate social studies leaders nominated by their colleagues and whom we've seen go above and beyond for our students across Connecticut.

We will also have LIVE ENTERTAINMENT from the Blues and Beyond!

Meal Information:

Our buffet meal includes hors d'oeuvres and a buffet dinner with Italian selections such as Pomodoro and rosa pasta, meatballs, chicken picatta bites, and fresh vegetable dishes from Salute Restaurant.

Attendees will receive one drink ticket good for soft drinks, beer, wine, or seltzer followed by a cash bar.
