June 26 (5-6 pm): Join High School US History teacher, Melissa Zablonski, as she shares how she connects her lessons on historical topics with follow-up lessons on related current events to help her students better understand history and the present day. (For example, after a lesson on the Scopes Trial during a 1920s unit, her students and she took a dive into the issues of education restriction happening in Florida.)
